Peak Property Sales Partners are independent sales consultants who work under the banner of Peak Property Sales. We created this concept as a way to give agents operating as sole traders or small businesses a better chance of success in the extremely competitive and expensive world of Real Estate sales. The fixed costs involved in running an agency are the same regardless of how big or small you are, making it much more difficult and stressful for small operators to run a profitable and enjoyable businesses.

You list and sell a property worth $450,000 on our standard 2.5% flat commission rate which earned a total commission of $11,250. You would receive $6750 (60%) as a sales consultant and an additional $1125 (10%) if you qualified for you quarterly bonus, bringing your total commission for listing and selling that property to $7875 (70%).

You list a property worth $450,000 on our standard 2.5% flat commission rate but another property partner sells that property. The total commission earned would be $11,250 of which you would receive $3375 (30%) as a the listing agent and an additional $562.50 (5%) if you qualified for you quarterly bonus. This would bring your total commission for listing this property to $3937.50 (35%).
