Deposit Information
We accept an intial deposit of $5,000 which is payable upon acceptance of the offer, and signing of the contract.
The balance deposit is payable when the contract moves to 'unconditional' and brings the deposit to a TOTAL of 5% of purchase price, unless otherwise agreed.
